This apartment is located in one of the nicest buildings on Broadway. It is a secure apartment, where you have to buzz anyone in that is going into the building. There is deeded parking and there is a laundry room and maintence personel to take care of any issues. The building still has a historic look although it was built in 1994. Each apartment has wall to wall carpet, and two bedrooms with plenty of closet space. They also have central A/C and a separate heating system which is gas and forced hot water baseboard.
